We, Erika Rubinstein and Anastasia Ostretsova, are experienced conference interpreters and translators, as well as trusted partners for public relations and event planning. Along with our team of language experts, we offer a wide range of professional language services, from translation and interpretation of all kinds, to PR, copywriting, and the organisation and management of language-related projects.

Translation

We provide consecutive and simultaneous interpretation services for online events (via Zoom, Skype, Teams, etc.) and in-person events (conferences, delegation visits, negotiations, workshops, training sessions, seminars, etc.) worldwide.

Consecutive Interpreting
Consecutive Interpreting: In this form of interpreting, the interpreter renders the speaker’s message in sections, following each part of the speech. This type of interpreting is commonly used for business negotiations, delegation visits, or shorter speeches. No special interpreting equipment is required. Depending on the duration and complexity of the event, the assignment can be handled by one or two interpreters. Important skills of consecutive interpreters are the ability to listen attentively, take effective notes, retain the information, and reproduce the speaker’s message accurately in the target language after a short delay.

Simultaneous Interpreting and Whispered Interpreting

Simultaneous Interpreting: In this form of interpreting, the interpreter renders the speaker’s message in real time, with only a minimal delay. If you have a larger audience and want to save time, simultaneous interpreting is the ideal solution. Simultaneous interpreting is suitable for conferences, larger seminars, conventions, and television interviews. Simultaneous interpreters normally work in pairs or teams of three, taking turns every 20 to 30 minutes in order to maintain the high level of concentration required. This type of interpreting generally requires specialised interpreting equipment, such as a soundproof interpreting booth, or a portable interpreting system.

Whispered Interpreting (Chuchotage): Whispered interpreting, also known as chuchotage, is a form of simultaneous interpreting. The interpreter speaks at the same time as the speaker, but only for one or, at most, two people, interpreting quietly into their ears. This solution is often used at events where only one person requires interpretation, and only for a short period of time. Chuchotage is a more cost-effective solution because no interpreting equipment is required. However, it may be perceived as disruptive by people seated nearby.

Legal Interpreting

We’re your language partners when dealing with courts, the police, solicitors, and notaries. We assist you during court proceedings and business transactions, as well as legal consultations and notary appointments. We have extensive expertise and many years of experience in the legal field, specialising in labour law, tenancy law, and data protection.

GMP

For many years now, we have successfully provided interpretation services for GMP audits across Europe. Thanks to our expertise and professional interpretation and translation services, we have assisted leading pharmaceutical companies in obtaining and renewing their GMP certificates. Professional interpretation and translation play a key role in ensuring the success of GMP audits.
