As a service provider, we are responsible under Section 7 (1) of the German Telemedia Act (TMG) for our own content on these pages in accordance with general law. However, pursuant to Sections 8 to 10 of the TMG, we as a service provider are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances indicating unlawful activity.
